1. Order Processing Time
Order processing time refers to the period between when we receive your order and when it is shipped out (this does not include transit time). Our processing times are designed to ensure each handcrafted piece is inspected, packaged securely, and prepared for delivery with the utmost care:

Ready-to-Ship Items: Most in-stock, pre-made jewelry pieces are processed within 1-2 business days of order placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day).

Made-to-Order/Custom Items: Custom jewelry pieces or made-to-order items (as indicated on the product page) require additional time for crafting. Processing time for these items is 5-7 business days, and may be extended to 7-10 business days during peak seasons (e.g., holiday season, Mother’s Day) due to increased order volume. We will notify you via email if your custom order will require additional processing time.
Please note: Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day. We process orders on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure fairness and attention to detail for each customer.

Important International Notes: Customs clearance procedures vary by country and may cause delays beyond our control. Additionally, international customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by their respective country’s customs office. These fees are not included in the order total or shipping cost, and we are not responsible for these charges. We do not mark packages as “gifts” to avoid customs fees, as this is illegal in most countries.
3. Shipping Costs

4. Packaging & Handling
We take great care in packaging your handcrafted jewelry to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to protect delicate pieces while reflecting the artisanal quality of our brand:

Each jewelry piece is individually wrapped in a soft, anti-tarnish pouch to prevent scratches and tarnishing.

Pieces are then placed in a sturdy, decorative jewelry box (perfect for gifting) or a padded envelope, depending on the size and style of the item.

For added protection during transit, all orders are shipped in a plain, durable outer box with bubble wrap or foam padding to prevent movement and damage. We avoid branding on outer packaging to deter theft of valuable jewelry pieces.

If you are purchasing a gift, we offer complimentary simple gift wrapping (please note this in the order comments at checkout) and can include a handwritten note (up to 50 words) upon request.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update, as carriers may take time to scan and process the package after it is picked up.

6. Delays & Lost/Stolen Packages

6.2 Lost or Stolen Packages
We fully insure all domestic orders (up to the order value) and international orders (per the shipping method selected) against loss or theft during transit. If your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please check with your local post office, neighbors, or building management first—packages are often left in safe locations or with neighbors.

Include your order number, tracking number, and a detailed description of the issue. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue (e.g., issue a refund, send a replacement) once the carrier confirms the package is lost or stolen. 7. Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package. If we are unable to contact you within 14 days, the order will be canceled, and a refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes for international orders (domestic P.O. boxes are accepted for USPS shipping methods).

During peak holiday seasons (e.g., November-December, Mother’s Day), order volume increases significantly, which may extend processing times by 2-3 business days. We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure delivery by your desired date. We will post holiday shipping deadlines on our website and via email to help you plan accordingly. Please note that shipping carriers may also experience delays during holidays, so we cannot guarantee delivery dates for orders placed after the posted deadlines.
